About the Owner

With a lifelong love for animals and a passion for helping others, I’ve always found joy in caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. For the past 10 years, I've worked as an English teacher, where I built strong relationships, honed my attention to detail, and developed a deep sense of patience and compassion, skills I now bring into my grooming work every day.

After years in the classroom, I decided to follow my heart and turn my passion for animals into a full-time career. I transitioned into professional pet grooming, where I’ve gained several years of hands-on experience working with both dogs and cats of all breeds, temperaments, and grooming needs.

Today, as the proud owner of Wicked Wag RI, I’m dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for every pet that walks through the door. I’m incredibly excited to bring expert grooming care to the pets of North Kingstown and the surrounding areas. I believe grooming isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling good, too! Whether your pet needs a simple bath or a full spa day, I treat every furry client like one of my own.

When I’m not grooming, you can find me spending time with my own lively crew, 3 cats, 2 dogs, 12 chickens, and 3 ducks, who constantly remind me why I love what I do. I’m excited to continue growing Wicked Wag RI as a business that will support my future growing family for years to come.
